I came here at the referral of a friend. I just bought my "new to me," car and one of my best friends was disgusted with how it looked when I bought it, & honestly I felt the same way. For many years I had noticed how nice my friends cars looked and he had always, told me, Oh ya I take it to Prompt, good job and good prices, he has always told me. I had always thought to try them but yesterday I finally did and was very happy with what they did. I only got a simple wash because I was only trying them out, but was very pleased. I have been a customer for the last 6 years. But after my experience today I will no longer be. I talked to the manager about the dirt that was still on the outside of my truck. The manager claimed that it was concrete, and as I showed him that I could wipe it off with my hand, he informed me that they only had a short period of time to clean each vehicle. If I wanted the truck to be cleaned better then he would have to charge me more. I brought the truck home and took a damp rag and the offending "concrete" came right off. ... read more

These guys do a great job, I had barely noticed this place a little while back, I finally got a chance to come in over the weekend, and I was very pleased. Everyone including the manager was hustling and working hard. In this day and age I like going places that have good work ethic.

very good – I recently went here for the first time in a few years, because the supersonic close to my work closed down for a few weeks for remodeling. I am really glad that I did. I had never had any problem with the job, friendliness, or price. A few years ago though the service got a little slower, so I started going to the supersonic close to my work in midvale. WOW AMAZING – WOW !!!, that is all I can say! First off a brush free wash, to date the only one in this area that I have been able to find. Next this is the only place in town to go for actual detailing. My sister referred me to this place and now I can see why. Once a year I have my car detailed, in the past I have tried supersonic ( yuk! a little bit better than car wash for $150 ), polished image ( better but WAY too expensive, and still not what I expect a "full detail " to look like ), and firehouse ( the best out of th... read more

Great job cleaning your car, but avoid Peter at the counter – I took my vehicle into Prompt because I am aware SL County uses them and they do a good job. I walked up to the counter to pay and an older gentleman cut in front of me and said, "Sorry kid!" I was fine with this, as his vehicle was finished and mine was not. Peter, the employee at the counter turned to me and told me the gentleman's ticket number came before mine anyway. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR WASH I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!! – I have lived in places all over the US, I recently moved to SLC and was recommended to this place by a family member and was extremely impressed.
