The guy who runs this place is a thief. Promow took payment from me for parts and a lapping kit, it's been 9 months and I still have not received anything. I was patient and gave the company the benefit of the doubt due to covid but after numerous calls and left messages with zero communication or response the only thing I can conclude is outright theft. Went there in person to pick up a 7 gang mowing pro series pull behind. Very friendly people (person in my case). Will have to see if it works out for me the way I hope it will. It was a great alternative for me so I would not have to spend 4 to 5 thousand dollars on a zero turn mower.
