RecommendedAs an LMT, I've been needing regular manual therapy and reminders of posture correction. I have struggled to find a location with staff who want to truly help get me out of my bad habits through education. When I met Jen, right away I felt I was in good hands. She taught me a great number of things I haven't learned in any of my classes, and it felt so great to connect with someone who truly wants me to feel better. The business name is very appropriate!
I had fallen while working on my house causing an injury to my ankle, knee, and hip. Amanda was like the body whisperer! Even when I struggled to locate the pain exactly, she was able to find the issue and help me work back to a healthy life. I did exactly what Amanda instructed me to do and to this day I experience no pain or limitations from my fall. In fact, I play hockey, ride a commuter bike, with no pain. Amanda has a special talent for helping people move.
Love this place. The therapists are soooo knowledgeable and think outside the box. My results were incredible!
ProMotion PT is a great place to rehab. They are timely, kind and super professional. I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs. I have watched them work with older patients and this is where I would choose to take my family when the need arises again. They are a great choice for top notch care!

There was a time when I needed a cane to get around because the pain was so great in my hip. I went to Pro Motion for therapy. I made the right choice, after eight weeks of therapy I no longer used my cane to get around. Thanks to the great care I was given at Pro Motion.
