Please do not make the same mistake I made. They do not do what they say they will. Everyone makes mistakes but the inability to get a hold of them to fix the problems makes this a one star. I have not sat on hold for less than 30 mins yet. Trying to cancel the service was the worst part. Update: After writing this review promote reached out to ask me to take down this review.
No stars. I have my attorney, on top of this as we speak, they will not get away with this. I' am beyond livid, I cancelled services over 6 months ago then out the blue, last week they're charging $59.99 3x and also another $59.99 today. As a so called professional company, Samuel is very argumentative, stating, he's the manager. I asked them to send me an invoice. I couldn't get a word in so angry. I would never recommend this insane company. RIP OFF STAY AWAY.
Unless you have 2 or more hours to hold on line each time you call and only to have your calls go unanswered. Or maybe you get lucky to have someone pick up and hangup on you... This company is the worse!!!!
BEWARE! Do not use this company! There is no interaction with your site, just content posted to your Facebook page. Then when you want to cancel, they run you in circles! I called in asking a question about my account. This caused them to cancel posting to my page but I was still being charged! Check out their site on BBB for more details - all negative reviews from consumers.
Like so may others, just paid for nothing! They claim they will manage your FB page, but it fell off my radar and hence no work was done. Maybe my fault, but I hate that these companies not do more to help for the amounts they charge.
