The crew from Promore was unprofessional and left my home in worse shape than when they started. They didn’t clean up after themselves, and I found debris and trash throughout the work area. On top of that, the job was rushed and sloppy — paint on the walls was uneven, and some repairs were clearly done in a hurry. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

Beware of hidden fees. The quote I was given by Promore Restoration Services Inc was way off from the final bill, which included extra charges they never discussed with me beforehand. The work didn’t meet basic expectations either — they missed obvious issues, and I had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. Very disappointing experience.

Just used Patrick and his team for a 1 day job in Brooklyn and I must say they ROCK No tricky business, they came when they say they will come and the price is the price they said. They even did little extra without asking for extra money Guys lreliable like these guys I wish I could tip them more than what I did as they deserve every penny they work for Happy to have found them on ThumbTack And will keep using them if needed Thanks Patrick
