The staff here is so helpful and accommodating. I worked with Seth Larson while relocating and he made everything so much easier during the moving stress. I also think the maintenance team is aways on top of any issues that may arise. Thanks again!

I’m from Texas was hoping to have a great experience here since it’s Newport Beach but I moved in on September 1st and my air conditioner worked half a day. They’ve come out 5 times definitely feels like a run around. I wanted to love it to stay longer than a year but, I don’t think so I’m disappointed.
Maria Is such an amazing housekeeper! She always make sure to show up on time and to clean right after vendors leave my house. She does such a thorough job and she’s so sweet and considerate. Alejandro is the man when it comes to Maintenence. He always makes sure everything is clean and done correctly. It is a pleasure to work with him. Thank you Maria and Alejandro!
Randy @ Promontory Point Villas was excellent! He addresses our concerns and resolved them quickly, professionally and without any hesitation. Promontory Point Villas are very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee and we are fortunate he is here. Thank you, Stephen
