I have lived at Promontory for many years, and have really enjoyed it. The location and service are truly 1st class. The amenities and grounds.. beautiful! But i think the on site staff really make the experience special, a shoutout to Samira who always works to resolve any problem and make any event enjoyable.
stupidest setup of addresses that I’ve ever seen, goes from super low numbers to super high numbers all in the same building and the numbers are not even next to each other and a separate staircase for each one
Leasing agent Samira and her team at Promontory Point are fantastic! My mom lived at Promontory Point for nearly a decade (2017 - 2026) and Samira and her team were always kind, courteous and swift to address any of my mom's concerns about her unit. I recently moved to Promontory Point after downsizing. The location is in close proximity to shopping, airport, beaches, and all of the amenities Newport Beach had to offer. The view of Catalina and the bay is jaw dropping. The complex was built in the 1970s and at first look slightly dated but also generous with vaulted ceilings, interesting floor plans plenty of parking, sparkling pools and well kept grounds and lots of open space.
