I recently moved to Promontory Point after downsizing. The location is in close proximity to shopping, airport, beaches, and all of the amenities Newport Beach had to offer. The view of Catalina and the bay is jaw dropping. The complex was built in the 1970s and at first look slightly dated but also generous with vaulted ceilings, interesting floor plans plenty of parking, sparkling pools and well kept grounds and lots of open space.
