My husband’s appointment was scheduled and confirmed nearly a month in advance, on May 28, for the morning of June 26. On June 22, we were notified that the appointment had to be moved to 1:30 PM because the physician only performs surgeries on Friday mornings, and the office does not receive the surgery schedule until the week of.
