I bought an Infinity pen at an event in Amaroo in Ipswich Q.Land a few years ago. I used it all the time but the ink finally ran out, I couldn't locate a refill for it in the U.K. so I contacted PromoMate and they very kindly sent me 2 Infinity pens to use as refills at no cost, even the postage they paid for. Katy from PromoMate was fabulous from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. Katy was full of ideas, helpful and patient. We definitely recommend and will be using her again in the future!
