I bought an Infinity pen at an event in Amaroo in Ipswich Q.Land a few years ago. I used it all the time but the ink finally ran out, I couldn't locate a refill for it in the U.K. so I contacted PromoMate and they very kindly sent me 2 Infinity pens to use as refills at no cost, even the postage they paid for.
