BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! BAD BAD customer service and product, when there is a problem they answer with a bad attitude! VERY RUDE They use the cheapest method of Shipping, (ordered on June 2nd,22 today is the 14th of the month, and still no delivery) They also sold me a Refurbished Oxygen Concentrator but it was in bad condition, kept me more than one week waiting for a response to my refund, and still haven't got my money back!!
Customer service is terrible and unfriendly they sell defective items and do false advertising. I will make a mini website to post their product and how their customer service is reacting to complaints, returns or questions! BBB and see reviews there as well! i wish i bought from other companies but that crazy ozone lady crazy Paula recommended them because she is an affiliate and she has a discount code.
