UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! As a follow up to my earlier review, I’ve unfortunately been left as an unhappy customer. Ignacio has failed to address and/or return my balance due of close to $200 for an incomplete order. I placed an order for 72 units where Promogator has only fulfilled 48 units, to date. Further, it appears that my account has been suspended so that I can no longer submit a request to complete the remaining order and my phone number now appears to be blocked so I’m unable to successfully reach anyone at thi... read more
Placed two orders so far. Both took 2 months. They tell you 2 weeks when you place the order. The set up is $100 for a circle. Lastly the biggest thing they don't tell you is you pay shipping from China and then to your destination. On my last order of 1000 air fresheners the shipping was $132.00. I order patches and lanyards from company's producing products over seas and and the shipping is free on orders over $200.
