I'm shocked at all these low reviews! I will say that I didn't speak to her on the phone nor did I do a video visit. I did the kind where you just explain your symptoms on the questionnaire. She agreed with my perceived diagnosis and had the med I needed at the pharmacy in less than half an hour. I liked that she listened to what I already knew was going on with my body.
All of the negative reviews are entirely accurate! Dr. Roychoudhury is incompetent, inconsiderate, and rude. I recently had a telehealth appointment with her for a fairly common and easily diagnosable medical concern. Instead of properly reviewing my notes, symptoms, and the the photos I provided, she simply refused me treatment (which would’ve been nothing more than prescribing a simple antibiotic), saying my symptoms were “too complicated” for a telehealth visit and required more information via a follow-up appointment. Wanted to discuss a medication I have been on before in the past that has to do with a chronic illness and talk about medications I needed refilled. the second I mentioned the chronic illness and how I wanted to get back on the medication for the chronic illness she quickly said something super fast and rude and hung up on me... I felt extremely dismissed and frustrated as I had to completely rearrange my morning for this appointment and have an incredibly low quality of life without this medication.... would not recommend.
She has canceled an appointment with me twice. At and after the appointment time. She wastes my time! Very unprofessional
Extremely disappointing experience. Dr. Roychoudhury was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest in listening to my symptoms or concerns. I felt completely unheard and disrespected during the visit. Her lack of professionalism and empathy made this the worst telehealth appointment I’ve ever had. MDLIVE should seriously reconsider keeping her on their platform.
