I had the most amazing experience at Promises & Lace! The boutique itself is beautiful and elegant with an incredible selection of gowns. Lynn and Carole were warm and knowledgeable and made sure the entire process was personal, fun and stress-free. Excellent service, I was very well taken care of. Just picked up my dress and they took so much care to steam and press it for my big day. They have lots of styles and price ranges.
Promises and Lace was by far my favourite bridal boutique that I visited while looking for my wedding dress! The service is unlike anything we see anymore in this day in age. The staff are very kind, professional, and classy. They are not at all pushy, like many of the other bridal boutiques I've been to. Lynn and Carole were amazing and so kind. They worked in my tighter budget, the store is very quaint and intimate, nicely decorated. I felt beautiful and am so happy I bought my wedding dress from Promises and Lace!
