Everyone at Promises & Lace was accommodating and lovely. I went in looking for one dress and ended up buying two! Kay the seamstress did a phenomenal job tailoring my wedding dress, it fit me like a glove. Sincere thanks for everyone at Promises and Lace for making the wedding dress of my dreams a reality.

The ladies at Promises & Lace were so friendly, helpful and professional. I had a short timeline of 6 months and they made it work no issue, even with a custom neckline and tailoring! I went in with a really specific look in my mind, and they had exactly what I was hoping for in their huge selection of gowns! First time going to try on dresses for my wedding and I had an appointment at Promises and Lace and no one was even there. Doors locked and lights dim. Clearly they forgot about my evening appointment. I would give no stars if I could. Paid for parking and rushed from work to locked doors.
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Promises & Lace. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for.
