Not a good place at all they treated my son so bad how does someone paralyzed from his upper body to his toes fall out of bed and was found unconscious on the floor how does someone paralyzed you find a large bag of his nutrition drink stuff in a drawer hidden from public!
The absolute most miserable hospital experience I’ve ever endured. Six weeks stay was enough to make me wish for death. Mrs Lateka, don’t come at me with your “sorrys”. You did little to nothing when you were constantly made aware of the many situations. That makes you a large part of the problem.
Just to name a few, the nurses and technicians, including Brooke, Ebony, Pauline, Ms. Sheron, Kenyatta, and a few others I may have forgotten, are truly exceptional. Please forgive me for any omissions. The staff here is outstanding, catering to your every need and making the healing process 🩹 remarkably smooth. I recently had a brother in the rehab and therapy unit here and I was sickened with the absolutely horrific care. I cannot describe enough how bad this place is. My brother was here for over 4 weeks and the experience was atrocious and traumatizing. I strongly recommend staying as far away from this facility as possible. And if your insurance company is telling you this is your only option, argue and fight for your right to go somewhere else.
