My mom has been here for 3 years now. I absolutely adore the entire staff, and they treat her like she is their mom/grandma. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Paula for going above and beyond to help us get my F-I-L to move in. He's 95, and was still living in the family home. He had 5 falls in 2 weeks, and we were finally able to get him to agree to help. He decided to hire in-home care. The majority of the care givers were great, but he still wasn't recovering well. The entire experience I had with the Promise Pointe team was top notch! The building came highly recommended as a place where I could feel safe with my elderly father in their care. I felt that from the moment I walked in and was allowed to take multiple tours to ensure I felt comfortable. Paula has a fabulous personality, but is also highly knowledgeable and you can tell she knows her community and its individual residents. From the moment Patricia, the lead concierge, greeted me and I saw the beautiful community filled with energy, I fell in love with Promise Pointe! The residents are active and happy and why wouldn't they be? The care is loving, prompt, and dignified. The social scene is full and vibrant! The Promise Pointe@Tampa Oaks Assisted Living is a beautiful facility and a home away from home for someone in need of Memory Care. The Management: When needing Financial and Medical Paperworks filled out, very slow and unorganized. I called and left messages for the Directors and the majority of the time, no one returned my calls. Very unprofessional. Newcomers Beware!
