I have had the pleasure of visiting Promise point in Tampa. Starting the journey with Patricia at the front desk…delightful! Meeting the activities team during a wine Wednesday, where the residents were all enjoying themselves. From there I was taken on a tour of the community with Paula, the Marketing director. Paula has been a part of this community for almost 4 years and knows all the residents by name! I moved into Promise Pointe a month ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. I moved from a large single family home into a one-bedroom apartment. I thought the transition was going to be a lot harder than it was. I credit this to the entire staff, they are incredibly warm, friendly, and super attentive to everything I need.
