I highly recommend Promise Physical Therapy!!! I just finished my last PT session today. I remember first walking in with so much pain after a huge L5S1 herniated disc and today I walked out being able to do everything I use to. The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to the patients needs. I have done physical therapy at other places and have been left with my chart to do the exercises on my own.
