I would strongly advise anyone looking for a place to live to stay away from this complex. The management here is incredibly poor and unresponsive. Getting anything fixed in the apartment is a constant struggle; maintenance requests are either ignored for weeks or never addressed at all. The lack of care for residents reached a breaking point for me when I accidentally locked my keys inside my apartment. When I called the emergency line for help, the staff was dismissive and rude. Great Place to Live
Before you read my review " they are offering 50$ rent credit for residents who leave a 5 star review- check screenshots, I moved out 3 weeks ago and still got this email!! " I have been in Virginia for the past 12 years and never seen worse place to live. Worst customer service, unresponsive management. Old plumping keeps backing up. Way different from the pictures. I ended up breaking my lease. Please don't waste your money. P.S. if I could write this review without giving that 1 star I would.
