**Edit** I did contact the CEO Directly with my concerns and he was very patient as I relayed our wcperience. He assured me he would look into it, which I very much appreciated. It is reassuring that he makes himself available to hear family concerns. The staff that answers the phone are unnecessarily rude and not helpful. The lead nurse came onto the phone and was even more rude! Having a loved one in hospice is difficult enough and these people can be abit more compassionate. Never went there for medical problems. But all the staff were always kind, compassionate and friendly.

I was a registered nurse there for little over a year or so....l truly thought that this was a great LTAC facility. About a year after I quit there, my neighbor needed a place for rehab from a hospital in Orlando,and I recommended this facility to her and her husband. She was there for approximately three weeks and loved it....the care she received was nothing less than great. Some of the same caretakers I worked with were still there, which was nice to see.
