The electrical tech responsible for our service call was helpful, but the communication from the owner was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend using this business.
Promise Electric responded very quickly and professionally to my request. While purchasing an electric vehicle, I just needed someone to verify that home charging would be possible. I called a number of electricians who couldn’t get out to me that day. At promise, Marcus was able to let me know via texting him a few pictures of my electrical box. He saved the day. He also gave me a quote from the photos and got me on the schedule. A week later and I’m charging my car at home. Thx guys!
