Nice place administration is nice
This facility is a great place for individuals with health issues. It offers them more freedoms than they would get if they lived in a secured facility or a nursing home. The staff are educated to handle the daily needs of the residents, the meals are on par of those in private pay geriatric facilities. They have in house doctors visits. They have actives if the resident chises to participate. Overall a nice facility.

I have been at Promise Care Center since Sept. 20th, 2023 I felt it was a good fit for me, but it turns out that after Kelly Thomas-Avens, Director of Promise Care in Nixa, Missouri, had HER DAUGHTER walk out with ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER, Regional Care Coordinator. IN MY OPINION, KELLY is NEITHER A PROFESSIONAL, NOR HAVE A SPECK OF CLASS OR ETIQUETTE!! She is rude & DISRESPECTFUL TO MYSELF, OTHER RESIDENTS AND HER OWN STAFF!!
