Sharing my experience booking an ICBC driver's medical exam here for my mom. You book the appointment through PROMIS on the phone, but upon arrival they then refer you to the adjacent Georgia clinic down the hall. This is confusing, and the exam itself doesn't actually take place at PROMIS. This clinic is in a busy part of downtown Vancouver with no designated underground parking, so plan accordingly if you're driving. I have been a new client of this medical centre for 3 months now since there was a family physician accepting new patients. The clinic is located in Coal Harbour in a very clean bright modern building. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. Appointments always on time and there usually are availabilities even with short notice. I love my experience with my family doctor Wong.
