Absolutely terrible experience with this practice, specifically with Natalia Kotlik. I would give zero stars if I could. She was unknowledgeable about the specific need I had, which would be fine if she was forthright about that. Instead, I had to have my medication delayed due to her lack of knowledge. I called two separate days and was told she would get back to me and she did not.
