The actual COVID test procedure was fantastic! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The process and test was efficient and seamless. The scheduling for the initial phone consultation was a huge headache though. My appointment got dropped a few times and it was tricky to get that figured out. But the actual direct services from Prominis (COVID test and antibodies) were easy. I got my antibody test in a few days.
Speedy service for a Covid test (once they called me back, which took some time) and great, humorous bedside manner. In and out in 5 minutes.
