Despite arriving on time for a 10am appointment, I'm STILL waiting to be seen almost 2 hours later... but the radiologist has only seen ONE PERSON (of the four who signed in ahead of me) from her list!! They admit the problem is double & triple-booking appointments, but they are committed to continuing it. No regard or respect for people's time. Had appt never again staff don't know what they doing, doctor looked right at me took off half hour later reception said I had to reschedule, cause I came 25 min late, I ask her if I'm still good she says sign in, after the fact in the mean time someone comes like 30 min late and for some reason they get seen F. This place. And try to call, good luck with that. Crazy place....
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Despite the clinic not appearing busy, I waited nearly an hour and a half before seeing the doctor, which felt completely unnecessary and poorly managed. During the appointment, the doctor asked me for medical details that I was specifically there to find out during my annual checkup, which was confusing and unhelpful. I really wanted to give them a high rating because NP Yong Pak and MA Shireen are so passionate and kind. If you go to the Williamsburg location, you should definitely try to see them. However, I can only give 3 stars because of the front desk staff, maybe she was part of the call center? Anyway, while they do their work, I didn’t feel welcomed; it seemed like they didn’t really want to help.
