I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Despite the clinic not appearing busy, I waited nearly an hour and a half before seeing the doctor, which felt completely unnecessary and poorly managed. During the appointment, the doctor asked me for medical details that I was specifically there to find out during my annual checkup, which was confusing and unhelpful. I really wanted to give them a high rating because NP Yong Pak and MA Shireen are so passionate and kind. If you go to the Williamsburg location, you should definitely try to see them. However, I can only give 3 stars because of the front desk staff, maybe she was part of the call center? Anyway, while they do their work, I didn’t feel welcomed; it seemed like they didn’t really want to help. Not good on requesting
I moved my 84 year old mom from her previous doctor to here because of insurance issues. I loved her old office and doctors. This is our first time here and I can tell you there are some problems. The appointment was for 1pm. It is 3pm. The doctor walked past us with his lunch at 2pm, heated it and ate, then took a different patient whom he spent over 35 minutes with.
