Professional, and they deliver what they promise! If you need tickets to an event, this is who you want to deal with. I've been to many concerts, but when taking my son to his first show, I wanted the best seats I could afford, and I got them! And at a great price! "So close to the stage you probably scared the band"......Again thanks to Lance and company for helping make my sons first concert, a hard one to beat!!!
