Build quality - A) a nail in basement shelf penetrated a water pipe and caused a leak in basement bedroom closet which is not regularly opened. After a couple of month this caused significant mold growth and a spice nest. B) concrete slab in basement is not levelled properly, caused voids under vinyl flooring.
