I was refered to Dr. Lanier by a coworker and I am so grateful I was! After extensive research and a great consultation, I chose Dr. Lanier as my primary care physician. Dr. Lanier is very professional and incredibly helpful but also makes you feel comfortable in the office and that your requests, concerns, and questions are always heard. Dr Lanier is the best! He is on top of any concerns and is very thorough. He is very easy to talk to and explains things in detail. You couldn’t ask for a better physician.
Dr. Lanier is a doctor who really understands how to help a patient without always going to a pharmaceutical solution right away. It's the way medicine should always be practiced, in my opinion.

Dr Lanier is a GREAT doctor that listens to his patients and provides exceptional and affordable care . No wait time and he is always accessible. No other like him in Wilmington. We are truly blessed to have a doctor like him in town.
Dr. Brian Lanier is an excellent doctor. I joined Promina Health in January of this year. All year, he has been readily available when I have needed an appointment or asked a question, through the patient portal app. He is attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind-hearted. I would recommend him to anyone.
