I ordered a dress for my daughter. The dress arrived in good condition, but once she put the dress on and wore it for about an hour and a half, it started falling apart. The side had a hole, the pocket had a hole, and the waist had a hole. When trying to exchange or get a refund on this dress, I was told no. I don't know how they expect me to know it's going to rip apart prior to my daughter wearing it. The return policy is misleading. Buyers beware that you will only be offered exchanges or store credit, if you generate your return request within 10 days of receipt of your order. The "no refunds are given" policy is not explicitly stated on their main return policy page, although based on that page, it does make it seem like they would refund. I filed complaints with BBB and FTC.
They didn't let my friend exchange her dress. When she did for a different color they charged her 30$. Calling them for a week. Get it together
Store do not exist anymore
They did not honor their ten day return policy. I emailed them 9 days after I received the dress. They emailed me back in two days saying I missed the ten day window. I send them proof of delivery date and they still did not honor the return policy.
