The staff at the Prometric center are very polite and helpful. All the procedures before the exam begins are smooth and well-organized, helping you feel calm and comfortable. Took GRE & CFA here. Check in was fast and straightforward. Test environment was pretty quiet. Computer equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones) was quite economical but I wouldn't consider it too significant of a hinderance. I really like how seriously they seem to take sanitation/prevention of the spread of germs. Scored quite well on my tests at this test center.
Very fast checkin and security process. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The center is air conditioned so bring a jacket. They offer ear plugs if you need them. Plenty of parking available.
I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide. I have taken all of my USMLE exams and OET here. The staffs are so nice, very efficient, and super fast. The environment is very exam friendly. I highly recommend this center for anyone taking exams. Coming back again to say I matched into residency in 2026!! Those who are out there, I wish you all the best.
I figured I would leave a review here for future LSAT takers. LSAC accidentally over-booked the number of seats on the day of my test. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, I (and 3 others) had to wait 90 minutes hours to start our tests. The staff was kind, but they did not seem to know what was going on/ what to do (there was a lack of communication).
