Worst testing center I've ever seen in my life! The staff is horrible, I lost $300 because the woman refused to let me in on a Saturday even though they gave the exam on a Saturday themselves
This was an extremely noisy testing environment. There was no attempt by the woman who sat at the front desk to keep her volume low or the person she was talking to. I also heard her opening boxes and moving things around at her desk. Not to mention noisy lockers at a testing center in the room people take the tests is very very disruptive. I have never had worse testing environment.
Arrived for my FMCSA medical examiner exam. Asked me for medical license after providing my CME certificate and license. Said I needed it and was going to send me walking. Then I remembered what was required and it was not . The women then looked it up and said it was not needed. This was on 8/19/23. On the way out I spoke to the women nicely and indicated they should know Spey the gentleman up front. Her response was that things change. Nice and pleasant.
The staff was professional and courteous. The facility was clean. A wonderful environment for testing.
