Had a test today get a email saying it has been cancelled the email was at 4 in the morning I tried calling them no answer I paid a lot of money for this test and couldn’t take it because they cancelled on me with no reason no way to reschedule it or anything so done with this place

Took my Step 1 exam here. The suite is on the 3rd floor on your left at the end of the hall. PROS: Staff were nice and friendly Checking in was a breeze Only ~16-20 computers in the room (when I took the exam there were about 10 people taking an exam which was great because there were no lines when checking in and there was not a lot of noise) Temperature was well regulated CONS: The restrooms are down the hall.
