I was really worried when I read some of the other reviews about this place, so I arrived 15 minutes early to try and make sure that even if they started my test late I would be able to make it work. I was pleasantly surprised when they got me in super quickly. The staff were kind and efficient and responded quickly when I asked for more scratch paper. Katie is amazing so helpful and knowledgeable really made the experience not as stressful, the only reason it's not five stars is the SMELL I mean I feel so bad for the employees here the bathroom is disgusting and deplorable and when I asked the secretary (a different lady I didn't catch the name of still awesome though) on the way out if there was a cleaning team and I learned the building manager is AWFULL so maybe if the bathrooms were clean it'd be a better rating but other than that all the staff are AMAZING, Katie and... read more
