I would like to report an unpleasant experience during my recent visit. The office manager demonstrated unprofessional behavior by raising her voice at her staff in the presence of clients. This incident created an uncomfortable and inappropriate atmosphere. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more respectful and professional environment in the future.

I’ve taken two exams here for my SEE exams and both were fantastic. I don’t know if they’ve simply ironed out the issues other reviews have mentioned, or if they’re anecdotal, but both times I was promptly brought to my computer for my test. They even became certified to provide the SEE exams after I asked about it when I had to take my first exam in Taylorsville, Utah.
