I had a great experience at this Prometric testing center. I was very nervous because I was taking an exam that I had studied for months, but the two women working there were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made the check-in process easy and helped create a calm environment, which really helped reduce my anxiety. Barbaradell and Brayden did such a great job when I went in for my testing. It was busy but Brayden and Barbaradell stayed on top of things and there wasn’t a good flow to all their activities. It was only two of them and they did a really great job. They had wonderful attitudes and it was a pleasure being helped by them. I recommend this location when testing through Prometric.
front desk is lazy and not willing to help
