토플테스트 보러왔었음 한국과 다르게 종이는 A42장주는데 손들면 종이 더줌. 그래서 빨리가는거 추천함. 리스닝할때 스피킹하는거 들려서 리스닝 잘 안들릴수도 있음. 사람들은 친절하고 좋음

I am not sure why on the portal it says "no availability" but when I get there a TON of computers are free. This is not fair to the students who are time-restrained for their exams and instead we have to travel all the way to IL.

Prometric is a fantastic place to take an exam. The staff is very efficient in getting every person quickly to their testing station. Clear instructions were provided to me and I felt comfortable being in this location when testing. I was provided with a set of noise cancelling headphones that allowed me to focus when testing. If I had a question, staff was quickly at my desk able to help. Plenty of parking is available around the building. You don’t have to park in the parking garage. They did not have Air conditioning or Ventilation on test day in arguably the hottest day of the summer. I was handicapped during the exam. This test center jeopardized my chances of getting a residency position due to their negligence.

Great testing center! Staff members were efficient at checking everyone in/out. Especially appreciated how helpful one worker was with recommending I have some extra ear plugs on hand in case I don’t like their noise-cancelling headphones. Their friendliness has helped relieve my nervousness during practice testing sessions (and the real deal) for a few exams now. If you have to take a big scary exam, this is a great place.
