I am not sure why on the portal it says "no availability" but when I get there a TON of computers are free. This is not fair to the students who are time-restrained for their exams and instead we have to travel all the way to IL.
Prometric is a fantastic place to take an exam. The staff is very efficient in getting every person quickly to their testing station. Clear instructions were provided to me and I felt comfortable being in this location when testing. I was provided with a set of noise cancelling headphones that allowed me to focus when testing. If I had a question, staff was quickly at my desk able to help. Plenty of parking is available around the building. You don’t have to park in the parking garage.
