Amazing people. It's very much a family environment. However, come ready because they put you to work. Mike is wonderful as well as everyone that works here. What I love is every exercise you are asked to do is explained and modeled for you.
Julian has helped me through numerous post op surgeries. He is compassionate and skilled in his craft. I recommend him highly!!!
