If you are in need of orthotics, do not use this place. It doesn't seem that the podiatrist at Pinnacle (Burnsville) or anyone at the third-party orthotic fabrication company is a certified pedorthist. If someone is, it makes matters worse. Regardless, no one in this process seemed qualified to assess my arch support needs, leaving amateurs at Promet Custom Foot Orthotics to basically approximate. Dave and his staff are incredible. They are true professionals and make fantastic orthotics. And, turnaround from start to finish is quick. I highly recommend and endorse promet.
