Absolutely HORRIBLE experience dealing with Jeremy and General Sales Manager Simon. The level of disrespect, arrogance, and unprofessionalism was beyond unacceptable. I personally experienced behaviour that I found discriminatory and deeply offensive, along with communication that was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for people working in customer service.
