Worse office to go to , they charge out twice for services to your Insurance and then try to bill you as well and I did not even have any treatment done . They charged me $91 for a Consultation (Endo)then they billed my Insurance. I called my Insurance company and they said the visit was $215 which they paid 80% so Promenade owes me money . I am so disgusted with Promenade Dental. I had an appointment there in July. Days before my appointment they called to reschedule. They could not see me until mid-September. That makes it 8 months between cleanings. Unacceptable! Again, days before my September appointment they called to reschedule. It seems that the dentist would once again not be there.
