My family and I have been coming to these shops for years. Tonight, we were shopping at The Loft Retail Store where two of the workers, Ariella and Donna completely and utterly insulted us with their behavior. They treated us like criminals for not having one item we were looking to return on a receipt with over $200s worth of clothing. Unfortunately, they do not have a designated places to nurse a baby; however, when I went in to the front office and asked, the woman at the desk was more than accommodating to set me up in a conference room. I truly appreciated her accommodations considering it was just too hot outside to nurse in the car. Thank you!
