The office staff are a bunch of young kids and college students who truly don’t care about the well-being of their residents. Do not rent from them! They have the worst management and are crooks! My daughter rented an apartment from them and they didn't have air conditioning for over a month during the summer which resulted in her having a heat rash all down her neck and back. They put in 10+ requests to have it fixed and then a month later, I called and complained and the same day her roommate trashed them on Instagram. Promenade is new and compared to other apartments in the area the cost of a private (small room) is lower. However they don't have adequate parking for residents, if you don't get parking in advance you get placed on a wait-list. Meaning that you have to park in residential areas near by. My dishwasher was broken the day I moved in, after filing a maintenance report it took almost 3 weeks for someone to come and look at it. I will not be living here again.
Promenade has nice modern living spaces and low cost private rooms compared to others in the area, and also comes with laundry machines. However the parking is inadequate for the number of residents they have (if you don't sign up early for parking you get placed on a wait list, sub-sequentially making you park in near by residential areas.) STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP I am disgusted by how this place has been run thus far. Most unorganized and frustrating establishment I have ever gotten myself mixed up with in my life. My girlfriend and I were excited to move into a brand new student housing complex this year but it has become an utter nightmare. For starters there was a leak in her apartment and she had to wait 10 days longer to move in than she was promised. We get here and the place is a rusty, noisy construction site.
