I had a terrible experience at this dental office with Dr. Keith Serrano. He attempted to extract my tooth but did not complete the procedure, leaving me—while pregnant—in severe pain twice. Because of this, I had to see an actual oral surgeon to finish the job. I could not take pain medication due to my pregnancy, which made the situation even worse. Im a former Drug addict and I was embarrassed about my teeth going in. The entire staff made me so comfortable and applauded my recovery. My new smile is so beautiful. They continue to be very helpful at my visits. It's been hard adjusting with eating but they have been very informative and its getting better. I would recommend Promenade dental group to all my friend ,family and strangers on the street. Thank you a million times over
