Kudos to Noah! Fixed our washer in record time. Great guy, friendly, courteous and efficient.
I’m currently a resident here. The staff is awesome, the property is very well maintained to beautiful ponds with allowed catch and release fishing. Basketball and tennis courts. The grass looks amazing it’s cut what seems to be once a month. The grass is nice and thick and very well maintained. The maintenance crew are wonderful very professional and knowledgeable people. This complex is very quiet. Haven’t encountered one flaw about this place yet. I’m very blessed to call this place home
I love my apartment here in New Port Richey at Promenade at Summer Trace. The apartment is affordable and very comfortable. The manager and maintenance staff are outstanding, great professional service and fast. I am in a two bedroom one bath and the layout is great. I enjoy my screened in lanai all the time. The lighting is good with the two large sliding doors and windows. I am very comfortable and feel very safe here. The property looks beautiful. Noah come out on and Sunday morning to fix an AC issue. Noah was prompt and communicated to me what the problem was and quickly fixed the problem! Thank you Noah
