The staff is amazing here! Everyone answers in a timely manner. The events here are amazing I feel like I am truly part of a community. This first year living here has been so amazing and truly feels like home. Thank you Promenade Staff!
From day one of looking at these apartments, I had nothing but amazing service with Colby, Ashley and Dawn. The process was easy. Colby walked us to a vacant apartment and showed us around the complex. From that day forward I had nothing but respect for the complex and the ladies in the office. I wish I could leave 2 reviews because if I could give maintenance guys 5 stars I would. and the two leasing girls they do their best. My issue is with this new manager I never ever had any issues before her others were attentive. She is actively bringing this community downhill. she is negligent and will not give ANYONE the time of day, and when she does she is RUDE. others in the community are too scared to mention something in fear of retaliation of their homes. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after seeing others speak up, I feel it’s time the truth about this place came to light, especially about the new manager, Colby. Since her arrival, this complex has gone downhill in terms of communication, professionalism, and overall resident experience. Colby is not approachable in the slightest.
