I lived here for 11yrs. Everyone in the office are so kind and caring and professional. Maintenance has always been quick to fix anything. I am only moving cause I am moving to senior 55+ place. Promenade has been wonderful to live at and to call it my home.
Hello I just wanted to give a nice review for maintenance guys.They have all been very professional and pleasant.When I needed something fixed it was done in a timely matter Dominic helped install a new Dishwasher and was professional and pleasant he helped me with water heater. It was a small fix but was able to guide me so if it shuts down again, can fix it myself thanks so much for your hard work.
Hello everyone. I have lived at the PHG for 6 months. I have read other comments, good and bad. I absolutely love living here. I have yet to have a negative experience. One comment I read stated there was so much dog poop. Well, I can understand the frustration in that regard. However, since that comment was posted, they have changed companies. If you want to be Electrocuted while washing dishes this is the place to lived at! Also Maintenance takes about 3-4 months to come out and fix whatever you need
