The apartment complex looks beautiful from the outside, but unfortunately, the experience of living here has been very disappointing. The maintenance service is extremely slow, and the office staff are not helpful or friendly. The apartment manager is also rude and does not seem to care about residents’ concerns. Whenever we report an issue, it often takes a month or even longer for any action to be taken, leaving us to deal with the problems ourselves. I was asked to rate the move-in process. I don’t have a comment on the actual complex yet. My move in went smoothly, however the place wasn’t very clean. Also there was damage that had not been fixed before I moved in. I put in a work request, so hopefully things will be fixed soon.
