Edit for Reporting: Again this review has been reported because it gives this company a negative. Keep in mind, the remove reviews so be cautious. I moved out of these apartments about two months ago, due to a confrontation with neighbors that could not be handled with the office. I want to start off by saying that the office, they have no idea how to handle this complex. New Office Manager came in, she is clueless on what she is doing, how to handle complaints and is rarely here. When you ask for her, she is "unavailable". ... read more
I’m very impressed with the fast responsiveness and completion of repairs by your maintenance crew with the last two ptoblems I’ve called in.
EDIT: As per the offices response, "Pet owners should absolutely be picking up after their pets, but our team does keep an eye out for this and will clean areas, as needed." My questions are simply this.... why is the office responsible for cleaning up after two dogs, twice a day when the owner should? Why are we having, as residents to smell this daily in the heat, because she is lazy? I am not the only one complaining in Apt Building H about the poop and the smell. I want to start off by saying, I am using my mothers account (awaiting my deposit back). I just recently moved out of these apartments. Here are the pros and cons. PROS: 1. office staff is amazing in helping out. However, they don't always hear your concerns or listen to them. 2. my apartment was semi normal, there were a few bumps in the road when leasing but nothing unnormal (had to have dishwasher fixed several times, vent for dryer was not clean when moved in, paint chipped on walls and the bath tub was spray painted and... read more
