Maintenance and the front office have been great so far, they were very kind when we had to move within a few days and they are much better than some of the surrounding apartments in the Denver area for sure! The dual gym is also a plus, with a great view!
I moved into my apartment in October and have really enjoyed my experience so far. I toured several apartments before choosing PHG and I will say I had the warmest experience during my tour and application process thanks to Ashley. I have had a few issues come up in my apartment and have had maintenance at my door within 24 hours of submitting the maintenance requests. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient.
