Wonderful place. My daughter lives here and loves the quiet and friendly neighborhood.
There was overflowing garbage all over the place making it smell it turns out they only have one dump site what they're calling a pool is more like an oversized bathtub it's right off 19 yet there are no speed signs posted anywhere in the complex nor are their speed bumps! The owners have done as little as they have to and the laws in Florida allow this to occur! Also, not only do they have you signed what you think is a year-long lease, but supposedly in the fine print there is a clause which states they can raise your rent... read more
