My family has been getting swarmed by MANY wasps every time we walk out our front door every single day for 2 weeks. We have been told by management there's nothing they can do. So we just have to keep getting swarmed by wasps every time we step out of our apartment. Paying thousands of dollars to get swarmed by wasps Every. Single. Morning.

We have a back door that’s been deteriorating for the last 5 months. Nobody has done anything until we put money aside and made multiple attempts at contacting the office here or the main office in Orlando to no avail to inform them we want the access door repaired. No response other than a pest guy finally coming to confirm the door is being eaten away and a late charge thrown on. Beware! This place stole $1,000 from me. The lady helping us get into the apartment was super helpful until I put the $1000 deposit down. Once I did that, they told me I made too much money to qualify for the apartment that they had already shown me was mine and said that I was approved for. They automatically withdrew my application and never gave me my deposit back even though they had me put it down prematurely.
