Bad service. Bug problem. Rude maintenance. Staff doesn't care. Broken appliances. Dirty carpet. Hole in ceiling since forever. Door close/lock problems.
Nicest place to live in Lexington! Close to everything and the property looks like a resort. All the apartments are completely renovated. Beautiful gated community in the heart of Lexington.
I am making a post regarding the office staff and maintenance staff they are awesome !.They make you feel like family. They are always very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend this complex for everyone. Whenever you need anything they are very quick to respond and ate always very, very, friendly and I can't stress that enough.
My brother in law is deploying to fight for our country on July 31st. This apartment complex is so disgusting that they are trying to make them pay all of August rent. They are moving out since he will be gone and so that my sister and niece can be closer to family during this tough time. They have done everything asked of them by the apartment complex in order to get out of the lease. They asked for official orders and received them. Love the location! Nice staff and nice new appliances. Wish they had a carwash but the gym and pool are great
I have been living here for 5 months. There are management issues, lease issues and even fire issues. Please do not even consider living here!!! [First, there is no efficiency here.] Most of the people who work in leasing office are mean and reluctant to offer any additional help. For example, on the day I moved in, a lot of new residents lined up outside and stood in over 100 degree for 2 hours just to sign the lease. You can see how inefficient they are. I've lived at Summerview apartments for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The staff is completely amazing and make you feel at home and the maintenance guys are great always getting what you need done asap. I love the layout of the apartments and the newly remodeled appliances and just everything here is great I would definitely recommend this place to other people(:
Forest Creek Apartments. 8615 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael, CA 95608. A short list of the stuff that happened at this complex when I lived there for less than two years: -Swat team knocking down doors (2 times) -Fighting in the parking lot (multiple times) -Police at complex (too many to count) -Cars broken into.
