Ghost flush fixed on primary by way of a new commode. Pleased with promptness, unfortunately new commode is now 4 inches taller and my toes just barely skim the floor. Won’t be able to use for the duration of the lease. Short shamed by a commode. Still awaiting carpet seam repair in dining area and a fix for the island countertop that is not connected to the base.
Matt did a great job as always but even though replacing the fill valves fixed the leak, both commodes now ghost flush every 3-4 minutes.
