Apparently new management. We've been trying to contact them for over 3 months. No answer. The outdoor ar a has been closed now for over 5 months, one of the parking lots has an open door which has caused people coming in and parking on tenants' spaces or just trying to get into the building, the "gym" has 2 years with only one working treadmill and equipment that's falling apart, oh- and if you EVER get a notice about something happening is 2 hours in (water shut off, no heat etc). Laziest doorman's ever, will never get up to open the door for anyone. Won't sign for a package if signature is needed. Not sure why we have a doorman, it's pointless.
