Clean, quick and incredibly kind. Explained everything thoroughly and ensured I had what I needed and any questions answered.
I went today a bit before 4:20 p.m. and the door was locked despite them closing at 6:30 p.m. I knocked but nobody answered. I called their phone number and selected the operator option, and the recorded message told me it could not connect me to that extention. I waited five minutes to see if someone came but I didnt see anyone. Can't say i didn't try to support the local pharmacy.
I had such a great experience at Promell Pharmacy today! The gentleman at the first desk (I’m not sure if he’s the owner) was superrrr nice. He greeted us with a big smile and was so patient and sweet the entire time. He even gave us free Advil, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find people in healthcare who are genuinely kind, but he truly went above and beyond. Promell Pharmacy has definitely earned my trust and appreciation. Highly recommend!
Owusu is super kind, honest, and patient!! 🤩 I randomly stopped in to see about having my rx transferred there but unfortunately it won’t work for me at this time. However, he was still super helpful & informative— huge difference from your typical chain pharmacy where you're rushed in & out!
