complete disregard to loyal clients through transitioning to Forever Fit. Classes are cut and the very few available ones are at the same time! My husband and I and a friend canceled our memberships

ProMedica has made some drastic changes that does not benefit its members. For one the hours have been reduced, which now makes it hard for me to work out especially on the weekend seeing how early they close now (2pm). Secondly they got rid of the child care which is something my daughter enjoyed most. This not only makes it hard for myself, but I’m sure others to even work out. Finally they are getting rid of basketball which they already didn’t offer much of. With all these changes and hours being reduced ProMedica didn’t... read more

I've been a member for almost thirteen years. The idea of moving everything to the second floor is senseless. Those that have issues with climbing stairs will now have to go back out in the lobby and catch an elevator to the second floor and down the hall to enter workout area. A majority of equipment will not be available. The perfect health club is now being cleaned four hours a day and four hours after closing. I firmly believe it is being set up for failure. At one time the club had an employee that was excellent at prom... read more

Change is inevitable in everything, but the Promedica gym has made some uncommonly poor changes in the past month. The new hours make it difficult for me to work out and not feel rushed. Because they close so early on the weekends, I often cannot get there before 2 PM. The staff has been severely reduced and the environment now makes me very uncomfortable. I used to enjoy working out at Promedica Wildwood, but the new approach is not appealing. I will be cancelling my membership at the end of the month.

Don't change the hours of operation. Without reducing the price 20%

Extremely upset customer right here! The plans to transition to forever fit were done without thought or compassion for their customers or staff. Wiping out kids club is a terrible move and is why I will never re join. Tammy and Laura did an amazing job and are what made it possible for this mom of four to work out! Shame on Pro Medica...destroying the best gym in town with childcare was not a wise choice.

Not a fan of the upcoming changes.A cooking class, billards and pickleball, but no basketball???🙄 This a gym. It is obvious the person in charge doesn't workout, or know anything about demographics. I have been a member for 20+ years. I will not be staying. I refuse to pay over 80 dollars a month during the renovation process which will be at least 5 months. Good luck with your new concept!

It’s a shame that ProMedica does not value the health benefits of working out for families with young children. If Wildwood management would have done any sort of advertising or promotion of their kids club to compete with other gyms in the area they would have been able to increase membership. There are very few facilities in the area that offer a kids club and Wildwood was the best! This was thanks to caring women like Tammy and Laura that treated our children like they were family. I’ve canceled my membership and I am ver... read more
