Very rude and unprofessional
I typically hate to go the doctor and will avoid it at all cost. However, I had an issue that concerned me so I went it. The nurse practitioner (Kim Smith) walked in and asked me what was going on. I proceeded to tell her my symptoms and when completed she asked me if I wanted a Covid test. I advised the I did not think it was Covid related and she said "Covid is what is going around. If you don't have Covid I can't help you". I asked if she was serious and she just replied with " well that is the only thing going around". I... read more

The physician was rude over the phone need to work on her people's skills
They are so slow!! Been here for 2 hours plus & waiting.. Also they're is no one even in the building. Urgent care more like sit & wait to suffer.. i do not recommend. if you need to be seen asap.. your better off going to the ER
