My three year old son fell, cut himself, and needed stitches. Having to take his siblings with me to the urgent care, I was nervous about our experience. We worked with Elliot and Kim (CNP) and they did SO well with my whole family and even better with my son, even though he was scared and not the most compliant. Given the circumstances, the experience was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend their services!

Took my niece this morning due to intermittent high fevers and was very well taken care off. The male MA was very nice and caring with her, and Kim Smith, CNP was amazing taking care of her needs, took her time with her, very caring, thoughtful and thorough with the instructions. Very grateful to have gone there.

Got our 2 month old daughter in very quickly, could’ve just been the time we went but either way it was fast. Suzanne the CNP we saw was great, she answered all our questions and even changed the pharmacy she sent our daughters medicine to after we found out our regular pharmacy was closed. Thank you to the front desk employee for asking her to switch pharmacies for us so we could get our daughter her medicine quicker!

would give 0 stars if that was an option - the worst experience now that they have combined kids and adults, poorly run and rude and inexperienced staff - avoid this place if possible unless you want to spend your entire day in the waiting room. Jenna at the front desk is unhelpful and rude. We waited almost 2 hours while other people who came in after us kept being taken ahead of us because they “had an appointment” — once we finally got seen the physician told us to “wait until our son is sicker” to come in next time.”

We had a very thorough, kind, compassionate pediatric doctor through this urgent care. He went above and beyond to listen to our concerns and made phone calls to pediatric ER and Cardiology so we could get the best help possible.
