2/13/26 Update: 5/5 stars again! Thank you to Toledo Hosp ER nurses who took care of my mom this morning and last night! She had a head injury from a fall And they took excellent care of her! Thank you to the nurse Gage who I spoke to this morning! He took great care of her, listened to her and provided compassionate care and I really appreciate that! They were very busy I was there for about 5 hours. They were very kind and took care of me. I am very grateful all around amazing staff.
I had a deeply concerning experience during a recent ER visit here that left me unsettled and afraid to ever seek care here in the future. I was asked more than once what medications I was taking, but I never got as far as the first on my list before the nurse or doctor moved on. As far as I know, my medications and chart were never reviewed beyond a cursory glance. I was given and later prescribed a medication with a known major interaction consideration with more than one of my existing medications, without any discussion ... read more
