Very poor Service ! They need to get more training when I requested for VRI ( video relay interpreter) and they did not bring the VRI into my exam room til the nurse finally got it. So miss the register person. Secondly, 2 doctors misunderstood over my exam. I have told them that I was experiencing the LEFT LUNG pain. They thought of the heart which is not what I was not pointing to as the heart is only the middle between 2 lungs. Duh Doctors
I have had to use the ER sadly multiple times in the past few years between myself, my spouse, and my son. We have had nothing but positive experiences! The nurses and doctors have been personable and understanding. Have we had waits yes but that comes with the ER territory. We have never left feeling like our issues have not been addressed! This is our go to ER and will be for the foreseeable future!
This is a big hospital, I must say, they have good security and the nurses were awesome with my daughter friendly staff also.
While all of the nurse, aides, and students wear outstanding, the doctors;while seemingly intelligent and competent they're inability to put together enough English together to explain simple issues. This is Not a racial or bigoted statement, but at the very least a safety problem. If I could give zero stars I would. My first experience with this hospital was when I had my daughter via C-section and they would only give Motrin and Tylenol for pain after major surgery! The same thing then happened to my sister when she had her baby. They let us sit in excruciating, uncomfortable, crying type of pain and begging for them to make it stop before they finally helped us. So whatever you do DO NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE!!
